I hate the number 9, my now ex fiance is a whore, i have a son by the same girl, which makes it even harder. I love my job, i moved and bought a 150000 house, my suburbalac is dead, since ive been a truck driver i lost 45lbs, dont ask i dont know either,and i still have a drinking problem. If it is your child for sure, how do you feel that you don't owe child support?
The only way to get out of it is to prove she is living with (has to be living with said drug dealer along with your child) otherwise the courts and her lawyer will you are just calling him a "drug dealer" because you don't like him, and go for full cust. then she will have to pay you. This will not be cheap to fight and prove, but good luck on what ever you choose.
