All. first off, I wanted Thank all of you for the business over the years. As all of you are aware, the mortgage business is a very crazy and competitive business. With that said, I have to make sure I am with a company that offers "nitch" type programs as well as the best customer service in the industry.
As of today, after meetings and meetings, I have decided to take an offer as a Executive Vice President/ Mortgage Banker of Simple Mortgage. With this new position come great responsibility, but also many things I was not able to do before. With my new company, I am now able to have direct one on one access to the underwriters, this is something that is rare in this day and age with the "larger" companies. This access allows me to keep track of every clients loan status as well as to tackle that same day, any issues that may come up on any file I have. This is something I never had before and this will be a great thing for every one of my clients.
We now very several programs that I never had before as well as much faster closing times to make sure all of you get into your new home as fast as possible!!!!
