Just FYI - through lab testing, I have the data that shows oil coating an under carriage or body panels traps moisture more than any other type of undercoating. Which then starts panel/paint blistering after 24months or 72hr humidity testing, so while your preventing rust your starting the delamination process of your paint exterior and the moisture is actually eating away at the zinc phosphate underside of your body panels - which means one day you will see a tiny rust bubble that is actually 3-5X's the size below![]()
Long gone are the days of jacking up the thing up on stands and crawling underneath with rubber gloves on and a few huge jars of good old vaseline petroleum jelly and put it on everything and in every nook and cranny. The shit works.... old school boys, old school!
