Unable to post pics

When I try to post a pic I hit the Manage Attachments button but nothing happens. Any idea what could be wrong? Thinking its a setting issue on my computer.

Just tried when I was posting a FS ad. Mine didn't work either. I just used Imgur.

Second row down starts with BIC, 3rd box to the right has an image of a picture. That's what you're looking for. Find the picture, attach, click on browse, upload file, etc. be done
