While I hate to say it but congrats to Chuck. He did a great job in winning a fight that in my opinion was going to send him into retirement. That being said I do not think he won the 2nd round and it was a punch that knocked Liddell down in the second round not a slip. Silvia did not look right the whole fight. The hunger he once had as a fighter was not there. I still honestly do not feel that Liddell will ever be a champ again. He can not beat Rampage and honestly see him have problems against people like Machida.

George St. Pierre is the real deal. Anyone that saw that fight will attest that he had a perfect game plan. His wrestling is superb and his BJJ is pretty nasty. What made me happy was hearing Hughes finally admit that George was a better fighter. Sorry to say but Hughes will never be at the level of George. I guess it is back to the farm for him.

call it what you will, i just watched it for the 3rd time and i seen him get hit with a left on the way down (slip). i guess it could be called either way, bottom line Chuck BEAT his a$$!

yes you are right...chuck won...but look at most of the pride fighters that come to the ufc...they have "cage jitters"..cro crop..lost his first 2 fights..there is like only 2 or 3 pride fighters that have won...i know they are pros...but also they are human...and i know wandy fought in the ufc like twice in 2000...but i have seen him fight plenty times in pride...and his head was not in that fight at all, like i said before they showed rampages reaction to the defeat, and he was just shaking his head, as if to say that was not a wandy fight at all!!
and i aslo agree with who ever said it...chuck will not be champ again...he is to predictable and that is why rampage kicked his ass 3 out of 3 fights...i think they should give cro crop a title fight against rampage...

i do want to see the henderson vs. anderson silva fight....should be a damn good fight...remember that hendersons debut to the ufc was a loss to rampage...so im assuming that he dropped weight to take this fight.
