UFC 79!!!!!!!!!

Liddell vs. Silva was an awesome fight. Exciting fight. Liddell won by a unanimous decision (as he should have)

GSP dominated Hughes. He is such a talented fighter. Very skillful in all aspects of the game imo. He will be tough to beat. I can't wait to see him fight Sera for the title.

sokoudju i think had "cage jutters"
and imo...wandy did not fight his fight at all...he threw absolutely no knees, had chuck hurt with a punch and chuck was on the ground and wandy just stood there...and the end of the fight they showed rampage shaking his head...as if to say that was not the guy that completely beat my ass in pride...lol

yes i think the second round..wandy hit him with a right?...maybe it was a slip, but chuck did not get up as fast as the first time he for sure slipped.

I don't think I picked a winner all night. It sucks to see good fighters not perform like they have in fights past. Can't say it wasn't exciting action though.

That's one of the things I dig about that sport. Fighter A can beat fighter B, and B can beat C, but that doesn't mean A can beat C.

Liddell is good, but he just doesn't have the answer to Rampage.
 
Well

I was wrong about Liddell - I don't know if Hughes will get to fight Serra but I think a healthy GSP may beat Serra next time
 
I'll also freely admit that I was dead wrong on the Liddell/Silva fight. Chuck looked fantastic and totally dominated that fight. Congrats and welcome back to him. :)

And boy was I glad to see GSP whoop up on Hughes. I just can't stand Hughes. His passing out Bibles on the TUF was the final straw for me.

Machita looked great too.

And of course, VERY VERY happy to see Melvin Guillard forced to tap after his bullshit entrance. And then, like the classless thug he is... he tries to go after the guy again after losing? Fuck that guy.
