we counted 7 punches to the back of the head while he was trying to get up before it was stopped

Did they actually make contact? They looked like a swing and a miss on a few, including one that looked like it hit him in the shoulder.


Also looks like Forrest may not have a jaw injury.

i think forrest took a dive big time... imo that fall was a bit dramatic, thats more like what i would look like if i got hit by the spider with his half jab while back stepping... for a guy that continued a fight with a broken arm that little love tap to the chin shouldnt have been near as damaging as they say... everyone i was with thought he took a dive and were very dissapointed

thats kinda bull shit to say that..his jaw was dislocated early in the round.. and he lost his hearing in one hear which probly threw off his equalibream which is why he went down that many times.. and i would think if you got punched in your dislocated jaw by a back steping spyder.. you would go down too..look how bad his foot work got he was flopin all over the place

not according to everysite i looked at on the internet today... i couldnt find anywhere that said he had a jaw injury... they all said that there was no jaw injury and that they all have no idea why he jumped up and took off running... maybe i should look harder huh... oh and how can you take off running if your equalibrium is that out of wack
 
You could have tied both hands behind Silva's back and we'd have won. We dodged every punch Forrest through. Looked like one of us in there with Silva.

well as of yesterday.. there was 100s of sites and everyone of them was assuming he had a dislocated jaw and was rushed strait to the hospital.. which was confirmed.. buttttttt today they have all updated and said theres no permenit injury and hes physicly fine..but mental not as good. so i guess siliva is just that good that he can take a light heavy former champ and make him look like a chump and one of us in the octagon with him.

speakin of silva i was reading last nite that silva's managment aproached dana and said they wanted to continue in the 205.. even if it ment giving up the middle weight belt.. and putting it up for grabs.. but he doesnt wanna fight leota (s?) because there friends. and thats kinda b.s to me.. that is a fight i would lovee to see.. there both veryy crafty and dont fight like your normal fighter

i honestly dont see anybody that will take silva in 205. seems like all the good fighters are stand up guys, and thats where silva dominates more.
