Ubly..October 14, The Mustangs are coming!

I hope I get my trans back from d&d today so I can throw it back in and go out and actually see what she has in it.I finally got it tuned so i can get on it and lidio and I took it out for a test run after the dyno and he hit in third and boom! I just can't win sometimes
 
What are the ways you guys get there....I'm at 696 & 94...Mapquest says to take Van Dyke all the way up to Forestville rd. 99 miles from my house.
I've allways taken 19 all the way up but I'm tempted to try Van Dyke.:dontknow:

where you coming from, its 100miles almost exactly from my door to the gates..

jus try it, they usually give you a warning first...then just make 1/8 mile passes and your last pass of the day run it all the way out...most of the time when tuning a car your et is made up by the 1/8 anyways so if you can get it to go faster there it will go faster in the 1/4 so the first pass you have a baseline and you try to beat that number...but i doubt they will say anything me and my buddies have went pretty fast there with no safety equipment before...
 
I got a warning for going 11.0X. The rest of the day I made 1/8 mile passes and then I let it all hang out on my last pass --- they got really pissed!!! The guy at the ticket shack told me to leave the premises in a not so friendly manner, then the starting line guy comes flying through the pits and tells me the same thing as I'm packing my stuff up. They were extremely hot!!! It was weird as I always here about these guys from Detroit getting booted for going 9's with no safety equipment and they are relatively cool about it.

ive went 9s there with no safety equipment really, my buddy also went 9s without even a 5point harness, they gave him some shit but he made like 5 passes first...im not saying they wont get mad at you or that its for sure youll get away with it but im saying there is a good chance that you will...the reason you probably got booted is there wasnt really any fast cars there or not alot of cars period...on the 14th there is gonna be some fast shit out there so you will probably get away with going fast...
