Twisteds 82 GT build

Got my rearend put back together today and under the car (3 inches narrowed).

Started to trim and fit the interior plastics in the hatch. Not fun at all trimming and bending the quarter plastics around the bars just to get them in place. Thankfully I didnt start with my mint black panels. If anyone has any junk 79-86 quarter plastics, Ill take them!

Today I cut the crash beam outta the drivers door. I had to take the center section out so I could get to the beam. Then I tacked the center back in so I can still install factory door panels.

this build is awesome, great progress. Exactly what i wanna do as soon as i have a garage to do it in and a real income to fund it :thumbsup:
 
Started filling holes in the firewall and boxing the rails behind the towers.

Not much progress lately. Finished plugging and grinding all the holes in the firewall and shock towers.I also mounted my shutoff switch in the rear. I REALLy didnt want to pop a hole in the taillights so I did this
