turboimpala Vs. Fadi

Ill bet that impala has absolutely DESTROYED alot of egos. That car is just plain nasty, i hope i dont run into you some time on telegraph, i dont like losing...and i would, big time
 
Id like to see that race again, but this time longer. I have a funny feeling that impala would put a car or 2 on that z06.. You have any pics of the impala
 
More up top pulling power but it's probably pretty close once you factor in the trans advantages above 120-130mph.

Fadi would even pass me eventually. :gr_jest:

Yeah, I was thinking a turbo'd LT-1 in the boat of a mid-90's Impala also...not a soccer mom's grocery getter that hangs with potentially 11 second cars!

Does that have bad torque steer at all?

This makes me want to build a sprayed 4.3L in a Chevette that I thought about a couple of years ago!

I am not the one that let off. I let off because the Impala let off. Trust me, if it were up to me, I will want to keep on going.

looks like the turbo automatic was catching up during the shift change....i dont think he would have had enough to go by him IMO...those Z06's are wicked up

yeah im sure the drag coefficient would catch up pretty fast after the shift, it did LOOK like he was going to pass him hard though! MAN i cant wait to get something together!!!

Hey Eric,

I don't have the wheels on my car yet. I just have the mods on it. But all the comsetic goodies are on their way..;)

I hope we are able to hang out this summer man. Should be some good times..:)

LOL, that's exactly what that whistle was for. I actually wished the Impala would have stayed in it to see what would have happend. Maybe next time. I will take the win for now, right Jeff? hehe..
