Thanks. Definitely was a good get together. I knew I was going to lose before even racing, but I had a good time nonetheless.

Nich was hoping to get a run in with that silver vet. Oh well, maybe next time.
 
Darn it missed another one.:banghead: I'd like to see how my little LS1 convertible would stand up, not sure I could be of any competition but it sure looks like fun. So next time you guy's decide to head back out to Mexico can you send me a PM on the Corvette forum, I don't come on this one that much.

You weren't that far back Fadi. How much boost were you running? Only one video? Seems to be a bit short considering the race was from 45 to 140. But regardless two very wicket cars.

Thanks man. I actually did a lot better than I thought I was going to do (even with getting the jump)

I was running 14 lbs. of boost which is the same setting I was on when I raced the modded ZR1. I have never ran it higher than that, and I wont until I build the motor.

Make sure to get in touch if you want to get together next weekend. Win or lose, iam all in it for the fun of racing..(as you can see) :-)
 
Hopefully you guys don't do any racing in Canada. They don't take kindly to street racing in Canada and I believe even 30 over the speed limit is now considered racing. They will impound and crush your car with little to no recourse available from you especially being an American going to their country to race.

Yea, the silver c6 just got done and he was being a little weak but i'm sure we will do it again... it's always a good time and it seems safe up there.
 
Leo, let me know if you want meet up with Fadi again. I'd like to also come out, with my C5 Yellow convertible. Let me know.

You know, some guy asked me that the other night... "what does your car run?" I reply with 10.5's, he said "wow... i heard low 8's, high 7's".. LMAO. I'd cream myself if i could go those numbers!
