tubing roller?

Anyone in the metro area have a tubing roller like the one at HF http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=99736? I'm looking to make a bowed part that is about 4' long and has roughly a 1" bow.

Otherwise, any suggestions for making a bowed tube? There are rollers at HF for $170, but I only need to make one part. Bending by hand is an option but will be difficult to get a steady radius. The part in question will go in the transition area between the lexan and the decklid on my 3rd gen Camaro. It only needs about 1" of rise in the middle but since the stuff I'm bolting to it will be flimsy, it needs to be true or it will look stupid. Material wise I'm thinking 1"x.125 square Aluminum.

Thanks, but I ended up making the part by hand today. I kept a pretty constant arch but it looks like that might not be what's needed. I haven't decided if I should keep it or make a new one.

Sorry I didn't see this earlier.

If you were to talk to them and explain what you are trying to do they might come up with an idea for you. They are great people over there and I recommend them personally, as will many folks on here.

Thats basically what I ended up doing. Add some muscle.

I need to check out Reiters sometime. I'm sure there are some other things they can help me with.
