I'd vote for whichever of the two Canons was cheaper, honestly. I think mine is a 790? Have an old 400. I've used an 1100. The features are mostly the same. One is high megapixel but honestly once you are up to the 8.0 or whatever the 1100 is all a 10 MP one is doing is giving you bigger files.

Lasalllleeee bank before the merger lol. I had to cash out my "awards" stuff and had a ton of "points" after 10 years. One of the things i bought was a 100.00 coupon to amazon.
