Hey my buddy Dan sold a 2000 red Ford mustang Saleen with a 5.4 lincoln navigator motor twin turbo....

I saw it for sale a while back on here and I was wondering if anyone knew the wear abouts of it because Dan wants to buy it back....

If anyone has any info about the where abouts of this car please get ahold of me ASAP..

if its the car im thinking of, it was running low 9's and when i talked to the owner (about 1 1/2 years ago) he told me he could run consistant 9.2's all day with no problems with the car what so ever....

He said it was a very reliable car! Automatic and full leather...at least when i saw it a year or so ago at milan.....

real nice car too!

Like i said, i talked to an older gentlemen about the car i want to say 1 1/2 years or so ago. WHen i talked to that guy, he said the car was quite reliable. Last time it was posted on here for sale though, i thought it was broken? Cracked pistons or something...idk.... Or the guy who bought it took it home and the motor was messed up and like you just said, car was not reliable anymore.....

Yeah. Dan dumped it and then it had "catastrophic failure".

yeah he sold it to blown03 and he ended up having the motor completely rebuilt and put new turbos on it if i remember correctly. i think it let go soon after blown03 got it.

freakin car was a basket case and poorly assembled, louie had nothing but problems with it and sold it after having to go through the whole car again and redo the motor, replace the turbos, redo the oiling system for them because it was half assed, god i could go on and on but it bugs me when someone rips off one of my good friends. hes better off now that the cars gone. oh and louie had to this all THE DAY he brought it home. car was quick but for how long?

yep turbos washed right out of it on the highway and some of the cylinders where cashed out.
