Well Matt dropped off the CJ this morning for us to have at it. The exhaust is Dual 3" with X pipe and dynomax bullet mufflers that dump before the axel. Got it mostly all done. Going to Final Tig weld it up in the Morning. Finished product pix to come tomorrow. Until then check the progress pix.

Now to Final weld. and Polish it up a bit. Should sound Great. It was fun working on this car! Thanks for letting us Matt!:thumbsup:

all our shit is Stainless. Not sure what we get for a X alone. I can get back to you tomorrow. Is that with us installing it too? like just a X pipe welded in? what size pipe?
 
Great job, the craftsmanship is top notch.

Now, if only we can talk josh into getting headers and exhaust done on the Ram.:sagrin:

Maybe a stupid question for some of you, but why even have mufflers on a race car like that?
 
The car would get dropped off with the headers installed and a new cat back system installed and tied up.

This would allow you to build an x pipe to fit and allow me to use an off the shelf cat back system.

I would want it installed so I can make sure the tail pipes end up in the right spot.

Headers have 3" collectors, and might have to step it down to 2.5" at the catback.
