Trump MAGA Classic Car Cruise replaces Dream Cruise

05-06 Ford GTs were $150ish if I recall.
The C8 is -not- $60K. It's $80-100K. Not saying that's not a decent value, but let's not pretend the C8 is $60K when it's really closer to $85K.
I'm on the fence. The front is tits but the rest of the car doesn't make adversaries quiver in trepidation.
Tires are too narrow - looks weird - like a femmy guy wearing woman's jeans so his ass looks huge.. But it doesn't. It just looks stupid. And no stick - auto only.
We'll see.

Yeah the 05/06 GT's where like $150s, plus how much over MSRP you paid. When I was looking the best my buddy that owned a dealer could do was $30K over sticker and I still kick myself for not doing that as they go for ~$300K now.

The new Vette starts at $58K, sure some people are paying over sticker now but if you go to a dealer and order a 2021 you could get a base at under $60K.

Just built one online... nice blue Z51 with Mag ride $67,390.

05/06 was base $139k at launch. Went up $10k after a couple months. Only 4 options so you could get a non-Heritage car to $166k with all 4, I didn't order the stereo and it was $162k. Wasn't over MSRP after about the first year. By the end of the second year you could find them for about $10k under on dealer floors before production ended. The dealer on Woodward in Ferndale had a Heritage under MSRP in 06. Blue and Orange (and the car in general) wasn't the hit then it is now.

I'm sure the hot versions of the C8 will clean some of it up.

While we are on the topic, I think the 05/06 Ford GT would be my first "exotic" purchase with a windfall. Maybe even the only 6 figure car purchase. Red with white stripes, please.

Lol. What You saw was the Zeus Bronze.

Personally i think that looks awesome in the picture at least!!!

Brown, gold, pretty much any Chrysler color in the 90's are a no thank you for me. I think the vette is a great looking car but color is important to highlight or hide its features.

A buddy has a 'vert on order,(Oct delivery) & has 13k worth of those wheels (ANRKY) & tires waiting for it. Looks nice to me.
