truck stalls out in reverse

when i start the truck put it in reverse and try to back up it dont want to go anywere the engine gets flooded and stalls out

i dont kno what it could be seeing when i put it into drive its perfectly fine
can aany one help the motor is carburated
 
type of vehicle? eng? it it a automatic?
Many times the tcc engages causing the vehicle to stall. different vehicles engine/trans combinations have different common problems.
 
That model does not have a locking tcc (gm started in 1980) unless some one swapped it out?
Perhaps the engine is lifting on the right side causing something to move, like a loose dist cap...I cant imagine anything fuel related...in reverse only.
