trans brake install

i have a rear new tci th350 and a transco trans barke i believe everything is there.all i need is the brake put in and the trans gone through does anyone do that stuff and how much.i got quoted $75 to put the brake in but i dont know the guy so who knows if he's any good.

Your first mistake was buying a TCI product. Bottom of the food chain IMO.

I hear he's a real SOB.. TCI isn't my favorite stuff, but for the th350 it's a decent brake. All trans brake mfg's do their respective hydraulic circuits the same for the th350. There are ways to make that brake fast on the release and not kill the intermediate roller clutch on the 1-2 upshift.

Tci, redneck (e-bay) and BTE are the exact same.
