torque box reinforcements needed??

Im going to be buying new LCA's. Still undecided if I should get spherical bushings at both ends or just one side. Ive read that having them on both ends will tear up the torque boxes. Is that true or am I worrying too much?

Its a good idea to reinforce them when going to tubular parts. They will not flex as much as the stock arms. Sending more of the load to the torque boxes.
