I've heard of rubber rubber mounts with a voltage controller hooked up to a hobbs switch (pump only comes on 100% when Xlbs of boost)...any other ideas? I dont particularly care for loud ass fuel pumps...but its required at a certain level of slowness.

I have used rubber sway bar bushings old ones that are soft to mount them on or use shock bushings. You have to isolate everything you should even grommet the hole the bolt goes through. What you are trying to avoid is directly coupling the noise making device with hard surfaces.. It helps but its doesn't make it dead silent.

Noisy electric fuel pumps

As a friend pointed out to me -- if you can hear it, then you know it's working! But it's still irritating.

the weldon pump controller works great for me, really helped with noise level.

how do you hook up a hobbs switch to make it work? id like to do that instead of using the manual switch for the pump controller.
