Tinting/darkening sun roof?

When I bought my '88 Mustang in '95 it already had an aftermarket sun roof. I absolutely hate it, other than the little help it provides in ventilation. That aside, is there a window tint that is extremely dark such that little to no light will pass through? I've considered painting it on the inside, but I don't want it to look like some half-assed job that is irreversible.

I welcome any other suggestions that may yield the same results (but aren't necessarily permanent or look like a 3rd grader did the work).

And yes I've considered replacing the entire roof, but I've already torn the car down to a shell once and completely redid/repainted the body...I have no desire to do it again.

Thanks in advance.

The sliding visor on mine got stuck in my old car so I had the tint shop throw a layer of limo over the factory sunroof tint and it was a big help.

If you want 0 light coming in, you could have a layer of vinyl put over it, or plasti-dip it from the inside so it can be peeled off quickly if you want to.

x1 on the plasti dip.......i just started using this stuff a month ago and it works great and peels off very easy.
