Timing Question

I have a 92 LX 5.0 stock block with stock heads with GT-40 upper and lower 24lbs injectors 70 mill massair e303 cam. What should I run the timing at ???? Thanks ......

12*-14* spout out , mine ran good at 14* spout out but had to run premium ware the 10-12* area I was fine with 89
