time to vent

ok so my room has flooded four times this year, and the first two i could see how it was unforeseeable (that word looks strange did i make it up?) because it was from two different sources. so the third time is the same as the second so i decide to talk to the land lord about it rather than just have them fix it. hes a total ass but we decide to handle it civilly because im so damn nice. so it rains again and although my room doesnt flood it gets damp and i can see water starting to come in. so i call ass clown (btw my landlords name is now assclown) and he refuses to talk to me so i leave nice messages about hows its not fixed but i would love to still handle the shit civilly. d-bag does not reply. i leave one every day for 2 weeks. ass clown ignores me for all of them and my room floods again last week, same problem as before. so i call assclown and tell him wtf man im going to fucking sue you. he doesnt reply because hes assclown. i get in like three arguments with maintenance because they wont let me talk to this jackass. so i call the city and say, yo bitches come inspect my shit because its molding and shit. they just say no way bro we love ass clown so well talk to him. they talk to ass clown and tell me i can move out and have my money. ass clown does not give me my moeny so i call yesterday and am not nice at all. so hes basically the biggest asshole you will ever talk to on the phone and we fight and say tons of mean shit and decided to talk in person tomorrow (which ive wanted from the begening) so i shave my head grow my beard out and get a new tattoo. where the scariest shirt i own and go to talk to ass clown today. hes not there and there is a check for $200 more than he owes me and the receptionest says theyre sorry about the whole situation. so i pretty much got what i wanted plus more... and for some reason that has pissed me off. he wasnt even there and i dont even know why but it pissed me off. soooo i took the extra cash and went to the bar and i feel better now. damn this is long and drunk, sorry guys! lol they told me to stop talking about it at the bare so i thought i would tell you. damn dont drink and post. good day

Had a tough landloard back when we rented a house in college. Had the city come inspect it and fine him. Lo and behold they came and fixed everything all up shortly after that visit from the city! Although we usually got a response if we talked to his wife before we talked to him when calling. ;) Some are good to deal with and others not so much. Glad you got your $$. Hope you find a better place.
 
Well I'm back and sober now. dang I only understand half of it but it seems you got the main point. I feel better about it now but still think hes an ass, thanks.

i feel sorry for landlords in college towns... my discusting step-brother and his nasty friends got a dog and never cleaned up its shit or piss off the floor... i walked in and walked right back out... it was so fucking nasty in there
 
I am by no means part of the grammer police, but god damn. I feel bad for whoever was your English teacher. :shake: Glad you got your cash tho! :thumbsup:
