Thoughts on Hydroxycut?

I am thinking about taking a diet supplement to help me cut.
I am running every day now (2.5mi) and changed my diet down to around 2000 calories a day. I also do light weight and high reps when I go to the gym.

Thoughts?

if losing weight was as easy as taking a pill everyday then there wouldn't be any fat ppl in the world.

I personally think that crap causes cancer.

idk for sure but I would never take that crap

Little hint... If you wanna have some fun, higher doses give a very very cocaine like euphoria

If I take 60MG I get it, however I was get very jittery. IIRC the upper dose limit people talk about is around 100MG, I suggest start low 20MG and see how it goes from there in 4 MG bumps
 
Really? Fruit juices aren't any good? This eating healthy crap is complicated haha. I mean it can't be the water.

most fruit juices are processed and SLOW metabolic rate drastically. ALMOST 5 fold. The fructose and simple sugars RAISE insulin response and inturn slow metabolic rate on downturn. IF you want to lose BF stay away from fruit juices...
Iam not a fan of fruits (per say) in any true FAT lose plan..

So true....Littlemags gave this advise to Mark my workout partner. He's 6'2" 235. three weeks later he's still 235lbs but has lost inches all over. He always ate fruit and fruit juices type drinks thinking they were better for him than a coke. When in actuallity he was better off just drinking the coke. Both his belly and waist line has shrunk alot. BUT his diet is great. He takes absolutly NO supplements besides WHEY protien shakes. It's all about what you eat.
