Thoughts on Hydroxycut?

I am thinking about taking a diet supplement to help me cut.
I am running every day now (2.5mi) and changed my diet down to around 2000 calories a day. I also do light weight and high reps when I go to the gym.

Thoughts?

it's crap.

Stick to your diet. Less sugar, no calories from pop, etc...

Anything made by muscletech is absolute crap. Don't waste your money.
 
I use to eat those things like Pez. I dug on the "buzz" it gave me. Cheap than coke without the runny nose :lol:
 
We had a tech at work that would pop those things like candy. Well he ended up loosing his job because he couldn't keep his ass awake. All he did was sleep next to his tool box. You'd show him how to do something and look over and the idiot is passed out sitting upright.

I am sure his diet had everything to do with it though too. He choose not to eat much and insisted the pills would take care of him.

ME...personally. I've been doing good after Christmas. I eat an apple, banana, tuna, or turkey sandwich, and maybe a yogurt during the day for work. Dinner...I try and eat chicken breasts, salad with carrots, cucumbers, and low fat dressing or no fat dressing. I am around 194lbs right now. When I was 175, I wanted to get to 185-190, but not the way I did it...:lol: Now, I'm trying to get back to 185 for sure...180 if possible.

I've been running on the treadmill, lifting weights and hitting the bags. I like throwing a little boxing workout in with that stuff. Hitting the bags gets me more winded then any type of running.
 
Mostly everyone here (except ShadowFox LOL) is taller than me. I weigh 190 right now with a little belly. I honestly don't think I'm unhealthy, when I do work out I maintain the same weight. I have been playing my drums for 2 hours a day now and using the treadmill for a nice 2mile walk and sometimes a mile trot. In my mid 30's i should start eating better, I am just to lazy to make decent meals. Plus I can't afford the foods right now that I would like, I should start weight training again. I don't know I guess I like to babble about nothing sometimes also...lol

I hear ya man. I am 26. I have the little tiny belly too. When I has 17-18 I was a ripped 155lbs...:lol: IF that makes sense. I looked at pics from Spring Break and I'm like OMG look at my 6 pack....but I was skinny. I am much bigger all over. Face, arms, chest. I am stronger too. I can't think of that pic because it was 10 years ago. I just wish I could take the ripped look at 155lbs...but make me ripped at the current 195!! I'd be a beast...:lol:

Honestly, we should not care about being ripped. I mean we all have different goals, sure,but we are getting older. All that matters is our health. Sure you can lift weights and get stronger and/or to prevent injuries while performing everyday tasks but we don't have to look like John Cena, or Arnold. Get your heartrate up a few times per week, keep it there, then cool down and get some rest. Eat right, and we'll all stay in good shape.

BULLSH!T!!! I'm Young And Care About Being Ripped!

23 to be exact. I have never had a six pack, and it was my goal to have one by may.

I drink alot of water all ready. About 120oz a day. I'm beginning to hate it.

Anyone have a good water substitute? Crystal Light?
