this is f'd up..Video of SWAT Raid on Missouri Family

Page won't load for me, but in any case I'd like to hear the back story first. SWAT doesn't raid a home unless they are fairly certain really bad things are going on inside.

:wtf:

killed his dog for a misdemeanor pot charge? wtf!!

also how do they not know his name? isnt it on the warrant? shouldnt you know the name of the person you are after before you bust in, kill his dog and go through his house...

Yeah, he was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. He had a pipe and a grinder... bad things indeed.

The police described the dog as acting "aggressively" so they shot and killed it. My little boxer, which is about the sweetest thing ever... will bark and her hair stands up if a stranger comes near the house. It's what good dogs do. I swear to whoever will listen, if cops broke into my house for no good reason and killed my dog, I would track down everybody associated with it and kill them in the middle of the night.

when raiding a house a warrant usually states the address of the house and a search order for all contents and occupants.. names are not necessary

WTF - without knowing the whole story it does seem a little F'd up.

Hope the person in charge of that video lost their job. No reason this should be out there...

Once any trials are done, all the videos should be out there. If there was nothing wrong being done by the police, there should be nothing to hide.

That is my point, once any trials are done, not right now. This video should be treated as evidence, not news.

I'm also one who believes 911 calls have zero business being released to the public.
