This guy will be cozy in jail

PWN3D. LOL. When I was working in Warren, I had a patient who looked like Jesse James of West Coast Choppers, only a lot rougher. His job was with the police department pretending to be little girls online to entice these freaks. I always thought it was hilarious that this ass-kicker-lookin-tattoo billboard guy was pretending to be 13 year old girls all day long. What a surprise when they showed up and saw him. :roll:
 
I posted this in the HT section, but I'l comment here.

That is such a disgusting story. How anyone could buy a plane ticket and fly to a different state to meet a FIVE year old for sex...that's just awful. He'll definitely be in a special section of the jail, because he wouldn't last a full hour in the general population.
 
He'll probably be in some federal country club protected by his office and this corrupt government we have. Nevermind he wanted to phuck a five year old girl, we'll just forget that as a moment of indiscretion in his illustrious career.

Death....is the only thing that can fix this.
 
I don't think he'll be going to a Michigan jail. He is from Florida...that's probably where he will be tried and imprisoned.

I'm no lawyer, maybe one will chime in (wikd???). But wouldn't this be a Federal offense as he crossed state lines. I would think each state could go after him for soliciting as well. I agree about the cost savings of him being put in the general population early on. The sad thing is he'll probably put a spin on this and make himself out to be the victim, and in turn win some huge lawsuit.

I didn't realize there was another thread about this already. I'm overseas now, and not able to read the board much.
 
Well, depends on what you want to call the crime. The solicitation took place in Florida. The actual "meeting" to commit the crime took place in Michigan.

Either way, this guy's life is over.
