This Detroit repo man thinks he has people skills

You cannot diffuse a hostile situation by acting hostile yourself. This guy just escalated everything himself. I hope he learns from his mistakes before he ends up dead.

yeah, you dont know what kind of person you are picking a car up from. better to just get out of the situation. i see he didnt want to takle any advice from you:shrug:
 
Wow...does not seem very smart to me. Why would you 1) threaten to kill the guy (when they are first talking about guns), then 2) call the police and tell them you have it all on video

Calm, dude...calm. These people are going to be pissed no matter what...you have nothing to gain by escalating things with that kind of attitude.

He should have just drove away when he picked up the car instead of confronting the owner, calling people, etc. (unless I am missing something).

Haha, I agree...this guy is just asking to get blasted. I understand he is just doing his job, but telling someone to go get their gun, and you'll shoot them dead is not the right way to go about this...haha.
 
Is it just me or does he seem slow? I saw a car get repoed at my work. 30-45 seconds TOPS and they were out that bitch. Even smashed the front bumper in lifting it up. :lol:
 
why does a repo man have a Badge?

Prosecute the guy for what? Maybe sue him if there is damage to his truck but prosecute him for what crime?

I have a couple cars out for repo... the guys are hiding them. One is a 745LI BMW, the other a cadillac.
