I was just going to do E85 carbs, but I have always wanted to go injected. Looks like bigstuff3 now lets you run any mixture of ethanol and gas and the tune changes to what the mixture is...so you don't have to worry about a perfect e85 mixture being off, and not having any e85 stations around to worry about...sounds badass. Plus I can just bolt the bug catcher to the top of the blower and cut the height down since it will get rid of the carbs....it looks a lot better.
questions.
I have a sbc but should I just get the coil pack driver on the bigstuff 3? Seems like it would be a lot cleaner setup, I have a set of coil packs sitting around, and I plan on going to a LS engine in the next year or two.
How do I go about selecting injector size?
How good is the bs3 in a street application? This is a 99% street car
On a sbc with coilpacks what do you do with the distributor?
Can the company who makes bs3 tune my car as well? Seems like they would do the best tuning possible...plus they are local
Its going to be about 3x as much as carbs, but I think it would be worth it.
