Nope! There are seniors on rascals that ride harder than I do on my bike. Those guys are not enjoying the scenery...hahaha
 
I've been watching that race for the last 20 years and the onboard views never cease to amaze me. I rode quite a bit back in the early to mid 90s and I'm constantly impressed with how much the bikes have evolved since then. Today's 600 would crush a liter bike from back then. I prefer four wheels and lots of sheetmetal around me these days...but still cool to watch.
 
I have several buds who road race Super Bikes at Mid-O, Road Atlanta, Grattan, etc.
They are all crazy IMO and those tracks are nothing relative to IoM.
 
That's just insane. But what talent and amazing machinery. The on-board camera reminds me of the star wars racing scenes.
 
I cant help but think at those speeds and that landscape the helmets are for nothing more than keeping the bugs form hitting your head

Yeah...triple digit speeds and only a few feet from stone walls. One mistake and you're f#cked. These boys are in a whole different league.
 
I ride and used to ride hard on the freeways up in the 140-150 mph range on straight aways but that shit is crazy I dont have have the balls to do that, maybe I am just getting old, LOL
