The seasons of lawn care.....

What's the best way to fix a bumpy yard? My in-law's yard is rough. It's so bad I've almost rolled my ankle. I know you can rent lawn rollers, but does anyone know of a company Downriver who does that? I have to go over and fix some spots where our dog dug when we had her over, but planned on helping him fix some other issues as well .

Pretty much any landscaping company should be able to handle that. They will probably roll it, then spread dirt in the low areas and roll again.

So I raked the front yard and cut the back. The front had new sod put on last summer after our main drain repair. The front is still dormant looking. We have the only brown yard right now. Any way to get it back to green? Fertilizer/sprinklers?

Mix in some fresh seed when you fertilize your yard. Aerate it before you do that.

I mowed for the first time this year. So, naturally, I made a race track for my kids
