just looks that way in the picts. everyone asks that. its way back. i am 6 foot 1 and sit way back in the seat. we did that with the main hoop because i didnt want the hoop in the middle of the drivers window. it could fit a real tall driver. seat is 3 inches further back then it used to be. its getting there
