Been putting of the purchase of a new truck for awhile but finally had enough of the old daily so I pulled the trigger yesterday. Truck needs a little work here and there but she cleans up nice and I'm really happy with the deal I got on it. Truck is an '04 with the lb7/allison, Just got a chance to wash it up today. The maintenance/apperance/performance to-do list has already gained a pretty fair lenght haha.

looks like a clean truck... other then that hitch on the front.. lol i loved my old LB7.. wish i had it back actually. put an intake exhaust and EFI live on it and enjoy 20+ mpg's..

Haha the hitch on the front does suck doesn't it. One of the many things to do. I was really impressed with the mileage on thr drive home with it from bay city. As soon as I get the truck up to speed to where things need to be there will be a mbrp on its way!

Good looking truck! Now you can help me with the body work on mine, and I can help you go fast with yours! lol What kind of work does it need?
I can tell you that mine has been the best truck I've ever owned, hands down.

Front hitch, I like it!!!

Great trucks, I was inches to pulling the trigger myself on an Duramax / Allison HD truck...

It needs injectors but those are on order and going in next week, and just small things aside from that, u joints, shocks, figure out why the drivers mirror goes out but not in lol. Stuff like that.

Nice!. On a sidenote, I clouded out a Duramax on the freeway a couple weeks ago going by it. He caught up and pulled next to me signaling a race. Needless to say the 'ole 7.3 got her ass handed to her:lol:. Level her out, slap some meaty 33-35's on it, exhaust, intake and tuner then let it rip.

Sounds like easy stuff, other than the injectors. Still not a bad job, just expensive and time consuming.

Thanks guys, And Honestly the front hitch has grown on me also and I'm sure it could cone in handy. Well see how I feel once I get the stance adjusted and some wheels on it. Want to find a set of the new sierra hd 20"s to put something in the 34-35" tire on.
