Hey all,
Well, I sold the '97 SS.
I loved the car but I just didn't have the time or motivation to build it anymore. I have been looking at cars for awhile and found this one and it's exactly what I was hoping for. It's a 2001 NBM ProCharged Z28. It's a 6-speed, cloth interior, T-top car with A/C.
It looks pretty much stock from the outside. I will be putting different wheels on it and lowering it a little before Spring. Otherwise it's pretty much ready to go. It made 490rwhp on a conservative mail order tune at 8psi. Below are some of the modifications and a few pics from the guy who I bought it from. I will take some better pics later. I'm very excited about this car, it's going to be a blast to drive!
Thanks for looking!
• D1SC Procharger @ 8 psi, twin intercoolers w/ polish plenum (~500 hp)
o 8-rib pulley system with upgraded SDCE tensioner
o pinned ATI harmonic balancer
• ECU Tuned by Ed Wright (Fastchips)
• 42 lb fuel injectors
• upgraded in-tank fuel pump
• RAM twin disk clutch (good for 800+ hp)
• Autometer gauges: boost, a/f ratio, oil temp, fuel pressure
• MAC mid-length headers (coated and ported for efficiency)
• MAC high flow catalytic converters
• B&B Tri-flow Stainless quad tip exhaust
• Alky Progressive Kit (not used yet)
