Got the new whip on the road. I had to fix the power windows, (all 4 work now), do a tune up, I lowered it, painted the rims, and fixed some electrical issues. Still gotta mess around with the climate control. Air works tho. I'm undecided on tinting the windows. I'd like some opinions on that

50%, gotta keep it light enough that the cops can see youre white, or youll get hassled like you wouldnt beleive

Sweet!! Back around 1980, I had a '71 four door. What an awesome car. Power everything.....vent windows, 6-way seats on both sides. 80 mph is about where these start to plane out.............

She have a name on the stern? A custom plate starting with the characters "MC" followed by the year and or engine cu'' would be funny.

this is the funniest thread I have seen in a long time. People at work must think I am cracking.....since I'm laughing out load in my office.....by myself.

Love the car...reminds me of my first car when I was 16.....1970 Pontiac Catalina. Navigating around corners was always fun in that car....I felt like I would move vertically upwards by about 12-20"s higher than the passenger as the body rolled.

laughing out LOAD, you say.....

seriously tho nice car and bon voyage

Ok, ok, enough with the boat jokes. I mean, c'mon, it's ONLY 19 feet long. Jeesh! But seriously, this is a lot of fucking car. I've been piloting land yachts for a long time, and have owned a lot of old Chryslers, but this is a big ass car. I should've got a vanity plate that said MBYDCK. White whale.

Big Chryslers FTW......I've probably had at least 10 old Mo's ranging from 69-78 New Yorkers, Newports, the Imp, etc...I also had a '70 Hurst 300 back in the day. My buddy has a '67 300, (read hp cylinder heads), that i'd love to resto. My favorite choice would be a black/black '70 300 convertible...!!

Yeah, I bought a clean 74 Fury a long time ago and got hooked. I got rid of my 67 Newport 5 or 6 years ago, and wish I never did.

^^^ Love the '67. My buddies 300 is that color. It's clean.....but has been sitting for years. My dad worked at a Dodge dalership from 67 thru 78 and he always rolled the big Mopars. We had two 66 Polara's at the same time, while my sister had an ice blue '65. The '65 was a two door and had the factory tuck-n-roll type couches, spinners, reverb radio, 383 4bbl, and posi-traction. I was the terror of my 'hood in that car at age 15....
