When have you done anything? Gone fast? When? What are you good at? Aren't you the guy that builds a motor, runs a 10.9 motor pass and then grenades it on nitrous one pass later. I guess it makes sense that you want to run first pass of the trailer in that case! That's the only one you'll get before the next motor that you will talk up like it's going to reverse the rotation of the earth but then really go a second and likely more slower than a similar combo.

Redlight no race wtf??? That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. So you can show up, red light, and then Vince is supposed to eat the grand that it took him to come to your backyard??? Sounds like your motor isn't so tough after all!!

I thought you were a great racer??? Can't cut a light??? Or just trying to turtle out of this bet???

I thought you had some balls but this whole red-light no race thing really shows that you really don't want to race and have nothing to back up your big mouth.

I think Panetta is getting a little ahead of himself for sure, but also it doesn't seem like these cars sit the same to me:

3200lbs
Stock Suspension
M/T Drag Radial
367ci SBC 23 degree valve angle

3200lbs,
Stock Suspension
28 inch slick
421 15 degree SBC

Now obviously there's no way to verify the 367cid, but still doesn't seem like those cars sit the same. I'm no genius, but why *wouldn't* the 15 degree motor on the slick be faster???

Did you see him say he was wanted a heads-up race with Vince? What else matters besides that?

I don't buy the weight or the cubic inch from monte anyways. And everyone tells me they go faster on radials so maybe we need the hit? LOL!
 
Redlight no race means, someone lights the red, we go back and do it again, no need to lose a lot of money because ya jumped the gun. Its called smart racing, no easy wins. Put your money where your mouth is and lets do it.

I will not speak for Vince but I'm assuming he'd want there to be a limit to the number of red-lights as in you fuck up once okay but second time = pay up time. And no backing out after a red-light or you pay up which means if you break something or just say you did and you red-lighted then you pay.

In other words someone is getting paid if Vince shows NO MATTER WHAT.

I'll let Vince put his thoughts down but this is the way I see it.
 
Dude you are new to this. First no test passes but we get unlimited red lights until we both hit green in order for it to be a race? LOL So 100 test passes are ok? Secondly $2000 G 's in detroit or $1000 in SC anywhere. Money up front! Last. I offered to let you go test and figure your shit out but you would rather line up to get it by firing squad. I don't get it? I admit to 8.30's what do you think it will go? Anyway choose when and where and get your money together. My money will arrive 4 days after yours as it has to come from either Canada of SC. Redlights? No like elims. Who ever redlights is done. One test burnout ok? I am out of here Sean let me know if he brings any cash. Until then this is all BS.

its plain and simple, red light, no race. I'm not going to chance losing that much money becuse my car bounced foward and broke the beams. Take the race that way, or keep your ass in canada.

Then stop running your mouth like you are tough if you are so damn scared and take some time to learn to drive. We are at the same risk as you of red-lighting but you don't see us crying. I'm sure you can get the NHRA/IHRA to make a special rule for you so that if you red-light in any other race, you will be allowed to run again. Good luck with that!

I guess it's easy to talk tough when you can just make up stupid stipulations so that a race will not get off. When you grow a sack, let us know and come pull beside. Until then I guess you should practice driving because staging is not exactly rocket science.

Why you guys so scared to take that race? Fuck sake your car is way faster period, I'm taking a huge gamble racing you boys heads up anyways. But I willing to do it, and I'm willing to get my ass whipped the right way, and not lose my money because I left early, or broke the beams.

Please make sure you stop by my pits friday, I'll have a few words for you thats for sure. Keep trying to play tough homer, and see where it gets you.

Hopefully by Friday you can come up with a better plan to duck out of a race that your big mouth got yourself into.

lol we are scared? That's classic. I've never heard of a race being setup that could theoretically take place 200 times in a row because someone keeps red-lighting so they don't actually have to pay up. If you RED-LIGHT because you try to leave early, you lose. How is that different from any other race anywhere else in the world??? Why are you so special that you need special rules?
