Tuesday was my last day of class. After two and a half years I'm done. I certainly feel odd knowing that I don't have to go to class. At the moment I'm waiting for a start date as an intern. Don't want to mention the company until I get my start date. I'll certainly miss going to class and operating a SV-10, surfacing a set of cylinder heads, strapping a car down to tune it, and running engines on the engine dyno. I'll post a thread in the photo/video section of my final project. We took LM4 5.3 blocks and turned them into LM4 5.7 engines. I had a blast and learned a ton. Even learned how to install a sleeve or two. My partner and I cam in second. We were 8HP/8TQ behind the leader. Guess I can handle that. I finished the class with an A+. That took a ton of hard work and dedication.
I'm heading back to the D on Jan 2 and will be there until the 18th or so depending on how long I'm stuck serving jury duty.
