Thanks to Varsity Ford

Ordered a drag link for my excursion from their varsityfordparts.com. Was shipped and delivered with no problems. Installed it and took it for a drive. Noticed a clunking in the front and the truck drifts bad. Had wife cycle the wheel while I looked at the steering and found the new part had movement in it. Contacted their parts department by e-mail and explained the whole situation. After a couple e-mails, was told to bring it in and exchange it. Came back from the holiday weekend, removed it, brought it to Varsity and had absolutely no issues at all. Looked for Matt and let him know about the whole situation and how smooth things went. Great communication and service. During the whole situation, I didn't mention one word about being from the site, just went the way of a normal Joe off the street customer. Thumbs up Varsity Ford!

I have had excellent dealings with Service Dept there.
