Terrible service..

It's no wonder shops get such a bad reputation. I called the local ford dealership about something at 9am... Sue, the service advisor I was dealing with, said she would have to get an answer and call me back. I've waited 3 1/2 hours and haven't gotten a call back. I called her back, and the other writers answer the phone but when I tell them I am just looking for an answer to my inquiry, they ask my name, see Sue was helping me, and transfer me to her phone where it keeps me on hold for 4 minutes before I get bored and hang up..
