Anybody have any contacts at Enterprise? Someone with decision making power? I got a phone call today that my 10 day 7 passenger van rental got cancelled because Chrysler won't have them ready in time. So I asked the person who called me what they are upgrading me to. Their response was nothing, we are cancelling the reservation all together.
I know they have the right to do this but it is bad customer service, realistically they should be flooding me with options to fit me needs. They should not be throwing their hands up and setting up a local store agent to contact me to say get bent 5 weeks before I need my rental.
