Are we sure this is a real Terminator and not a clone? The Fog Light thing makes me think they just strapped a Cobra front end on a 6 cyl.

If it is a clone, they did everything right down to the folding mirrors. Sideskirts, hood, trunk, spoiler, side vents, everything are all Terminator parts.
