regualr 87, sometimes 93 pump gas, never race gas. I never seen them this color before though, they have always just been black..... however my car did get terrible gas mileage with my old motr, i never got more than 210 miles to a tank of gas and im just running bolt ons and exhuast, i wouldnt think that id be getting like 13 MPG, somthing isnt right. But i will find out in a few days if this new motor with all new sensors, injectors, plugs, COPs and usch will do any better with gas..

Yeah once ya take a look at em youll be able to tell if it was running rich/lean, maybe why your car was dumping so much gas.

Thanks, I will take a look. Hopfully what ever was making it run like that isnt in the computer or anything, cause everything but that has been replaced with all new stuff, im really curious to see what mileage this motor will give me, hopfully more than 13mpg, hell I know people with blowers and race motor that can still get around 20 mpg...

I think if it continues i will just install a wideband setup, then maybe i can get the fuel where it needs to be...

Hmm lots of cam overlap ( raw fuel in exhuast ) or alot of missifiring like ignition issues with cheap heavily additived gasoline.

I have never noticed the car to misfire, actually ran pretty strongly, but i do think it had some raw fuel in the exhuast...whats causing the cam overlap? timing?
