Last time they asked me to come in a on saturday because they were short, i asked my boss "is it ok if I tell you at 5 the day before I am not coming in to work tomorrow? Then why do you think its ok to ask me that?" He then goes on the ask what i have to do tomorrow and I told him him probably nothing but I might go play golf but I may just play video games all day. He was pissed but never asked me to work a Saturday ever again lol.

They don't like it when you use their logic on them.
