Hey don't stir the pot Jim lol. It's not an attack on Keith. He has a nice car that he's spent alot of money on. It's going to be a killer ride for sure. He just can't be asking me for cars with a set up like that. I don't have ANYTHING that sits like that beast. We had a joke between us that I'd beat him with $15k car thats all this is about. You know just a blil of smack talk. And I see the red notch in the back ground so I know he didn't push it in the street and burn it yet lol

both your guys cars are killer! i was just remembering those old posts myself. they were just fun, riffing back and forth. no more...(seems like a long time ago too). i'm def. looking forward to seeing both of 'em at the track. it'll be a helluva good time!

I need cars from you. 377 all motor hoping to run 10.50s. The chute is just for looks. The RacePak is because I am anal and like to know everything.

Really? Stock suspension with 10.5s. A small SBF all motor. I disagree.

I ordered the front bumper and the 5" cowl hood extended to the windshield both in fiberglass(I'm somewhat thrifty myself). You had me thinking, I never did weigh them so I just went out in the garage to check. The bumper has the front fender extensions moulded into the design, and weighs 13.4lbs. The hood is 13.1, but I may end up trimming off the extended cowl at the rear edge of the hood. With the cowl scoop at the windshield it blocked too much view for my liking.

Joe,

Finally picked up the hood and decklid from SKRCs...been traveling.

Anyway, 6'' glass pin on to windshield weighs 16lbs. Has a nice reinforcement in the lower center spanning from side to side. Not too sure but I think maybe I should have got the 4''.

The pin on deck lid weighed 8lbs.

Both are VERY nice pieces and would recommend Joe Van O to anyone (even though he is about done now).
