t-5 question

On the far right side of the picture just above the transmission mount what is that? looks like it's held on with a small bolt and tab mine looks kind of broken? I don't know much about t-5's.

And what should I try to sell this for? It has a pro 5.0 shifter on it, energy suspension bushing, Was told it has less then 10k miles on it after a rebuild with heavy duty bearings and a 2.92 first gear.

You selling it with the bellhousing? I would say you could get $400 for the trans as is with the shifter. Give or take $100 in this economy.
 
that is the speedo gear. someone broke off the cable portion. pull the hold down and take some needle nose pliers and pull it out. you will find it is just a plastic gear
 
Just saw a parts yard (junk yard) with one for $750 that says freshly rebuilt. You can judge pricing off that. or you can go to www.car-parts.com and enter all the info and judge off what they are selling them for.
 
thanks bb71 I found out it only has a 4cyl input shaft which is kind of screwing me. At this point i'm just trying to get it out of my garage.
