Unfortunetly they won't lower it near were it used to be. Thats the problem I'm running into with a lot of members I helped out 6-12 months ago. We used to be able to "re-bundle" you onto a "New customer" promotion. Now, your pretty much stuck with the every day pricing. They might give you a free box or put you on a promotion for one service, but even the cancellation department can't put you back to where you used to be. It's forecasted that we will make money by losing the ones who don't believe they are getting their moneys worth by retaining customers who reconize the value of their service. For the first quarter of this year this forecast is correct and exceeding expectations.
