MEASUREMENTS: this thing is 6ft in diameter and sits approx. 3.5ft high, 75 lbs of shredded Durafoam. It also carries 2-lifetime warrantys on the sac and a 3-year warranty on the Cover. This sac is about 2 years old and has not been used since I graduated college a year ago. Price includes the sac and black twill cover.
