SunSetter Motorized Awning it operates with a wireless remote control. I just removed this from my parents home. It was removed because they adding an addition on to the back of there house. It is in excellent working condition.
I have winter cover for it, all original paperwork including the paper instructional installation booklet as well as the installation DVD. All hardware to install is included.
It is 14 feet wide x Awning extends out 10 feet
I priced it to sell it is the cheapest one on Craigslist.
