Stupid question of the week: Do I need a title to trade in a vehicle at the dealer?

The Grand Cherokee is a beautiful ride, very well-done in and out. I don't really like the Explorer or Durango by comparison, but ya, if you have kids three rows would be nice.

Don't need the 3rd row, but a tad larger than Grand Cherokee and Explorer would be nice, usually have an 85lb Lab riding along:spend:

Ya, Durango styling looks like its inspired by a whale to me though, Grand Cherokee is a sleek, chiseled piece by comparison. Good luck with it either way, gotta keep the wife happy, lol.

I really don't care what she gets, I just don't want to hear about it later that she wished she still had her old Land Rover LR2, she doesn't know what she wants to do....... I'm just worried about a major repair bill and want her out of it before that happens.

Gonna ride it out till it blows up, or wheels fall off. She doesn't see a reason to jump into a new payment when there's nothing wrong with the LR2. Thanks for all the feedback and advice.
