Strut rebuilder?

Looking for some place that can rebuild my strut... one bad, rather not have to buy a new one.

It's a KYB AGX McPherson style strut that's been converted into a coil over.
 
Long story,

I bought some struts that were converted into coil overs. The guy used the wrong kind of parts, the work was crummy, so I decided to redo them with better parts, but one of the rears is blown, I'm basically wasting money if I don't use them. IDK whats worse 3 used struts and one blown or one new strut and three used. I'm already way beyond reasonable budget on these.

Already did. They said that they haven't offered that service in years and that every one they knew who did it doesn't do it any more. They said that some one out there does but they can't track them down.
